PenReader is a multilingual handwriting recognition software for Tablet PC devices.
PenReader enables handwriting text input possibility, making the work with your device more
comfortable and effective. It doesn't require training or adjustment to a particular handwriting -
it's ready to work right after installation!
Sometimes you need to input a piece of information very quickly. For example, it may be some contact
information (e-mail and telephone number) in Outlook application. It will take much time to type the
information. PenReader recognizes text you write on your Tablet PC screen with a stylus, and pastes it
to current cursor position.

Standard German PenReader 2005 for Tablet PC is designed for input text in German and English
on Tablet PC Input Panel (standard input method for Tablet PC devices):

- Special database, including a great sample of handwriting specimens, is used for graphic analysis;
- Besides graphic analysis, orthographic method (available for English input) based on a specially
created vocabulary is used. Combination of these two methods increases quality of handwriting recognition
dramatically. Due to this combination PenReader does not require professional skills or pre-settings;
- Standard version expands Windows XP Tablet PC Edition features. It enables you to enter text by means
of Tablet PC Input Panel not only in English, but also in German.
Professional German PenReader 2005 for Tablet PC is designed for input text in German and English both
on the Tablet PC Input Panel, and in any place of your screen:
- Brand new engine provides fast and exact recognition of English and German symbols;
- Special database, including a great sample of handwriting specimens, is used for graphic analysis;
- Besides graphic analysis, orthographic method (available for English input) based on a specially
created vocabulary is used. Combination of these two methods increases quality of handwriting recognition
dramatically. Due to this combination PenReader does not require professional skills or pre-settings;
- Adjustment of PenReader recognition software to your own handwriting is supported. To improve quality
of recognition of your handwriting, choose a convenient way of writing various symbols in “Form Selector” Panel;
- In case of unclear writing it offers different variants of the entered symbol. PenReader remembers the chosen
variant thus being arranged to your handwriting;
- PenReader enables recognition of both German and English symbols without switching between German and English
layouts (for example, your can input “
